Start-up subsidiary of 15 people, within the Smart&co;Group Management of 6 key functions : Retail sales, BtoB sales, digital & edition, Partnership, Operation and Finance & Administration. Set up decision-making analytic tools for each department (reporting, reforecast, profitability per growth driver), improving the automation of the company. Drove the Marketing plan : - Redesigned the brand universe (values, visual identity, communication concept) with 3 agencies. - Optimized the product range (multi-criteria analysis sales/profit/competition) and set up a product chart (photo/title). - Managed communication plans (Public Relations, media buying TV/Radio/press, campaign supports). - Developed operational marketing actions : Retail (Displays, promoters), BtoB (Direct marketing mailings), e-commerce. Executed a multi-channel business development strategy (Retail ; BtoB, e-commerce) and held negotiations with key retailers. Managed various projects (digital, retail, IT, legal, finance).

Reported to the Smart&co;CEO, in charge of various strategic projects for the group development and profitability improvement. Explored the group diversification strategy by external growth. Coordinated a Roland Berger consultant team which mission was to deliver a global strategy report for the Smart&co;Group. Drove the due diligence and the acquisition of La Vida Es Bella, one of the two gift box leader in Spain. Monitored acquired Business Units: Buyagift (UK), The Goodlife Company (BE) and La Vida Es Bella (ES). Managed the group 5-years business plan (sales and P&L) and modeled a market-sizing analysis for each country. Built a predictive model of sales to select market for international expansion.
